Teasles are great! Goldfinches love 'em too. Great shot.

I'm going to leave the seed heads on @marymary1 and see which birds appear later in the year. I very rarely see goldfinches so hoping this might attract some 😊

I love these Richard bought one 7yrs ago & randomly we will still get ones come up from it self seeding not every year but now and again it's a great plant & the bubble bees love it so get your camera at the ready 😘🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝🌺🌺🌺

Hi @jw383339 😀👋🏼 - you can either buy seeds to sow - most garden centres sell them in their wildflower collections, or you can buy plug plants from specialist Garden centres or online nurseries - I bought mine from an online specialist. I'll link it below for you 👍🏼

Time to share some of what was in my box of wildflower goodies last week 🤓 - Teasel (Dipsacus fullonum) - great for bees when in flower, and loved by birds (like goldfinches) when in seed 👍🏼
