I really want one of these palms, palms are some of my favorites 🙂 but these blue leaves especially intrigue me

This is my neighbor palm and he said you do not want it. They produce berries that drop from the palm and roots in the ground. As you know palm trees roots straight down and are hard to pull out since they are deep. They are pretty though!
