Help me identify this plant

@cyndi could it be an Echium Red Feathers @4seasonsgardening

I seem to recall it's a variety of lobelia as we have one here at the university but I don't remember which species of lobelia. @cyndi @suerichards

Found it on Google! It's Lobelia tupa, originally from Chile 😊👍 @cyndi @suerichards
