Can't see the foliage that clearly but I'd say achillea

Does go more rust coloured at the end of summer but always bright red to start with!!! Lovely plant!! @gardengimp
Yes the flowers do darken and the tiny centres extend somewhat. Flowers are really long lasting. You can dead head to encourage more flowers but it seems a crime because they look so good! The new flowers or 'umbels' seem to take forever to mature. Lovely plant. @9tinx9
