@nessas heres the one with leaves left. If I read correctly once the leaves die bk you start seeing signs of flowering? #advice #spiderlily #bulb

Yes they do die back in late spring early summer, in late summer to early fall the blooms emerge suddenly on leafless stalks I hope this helps Chris 😊

OK...PLZ!Help me identify this plant. This beauty was found at our new home,so I have placed quite a few of these large bulbs and cord from it, in the Pole Garden and in this planter. It's has the beginning of a bloom on the smallest version in the middle. I keep watching the others for signs of some flower...hmmm? Hope All of You Will Pick Your Brilliant Brains For Me..😉😊

@Susanandsteve I had been doing some research and I was thinking by looking at it,one on left, that it sure did look like a Surprise Lily...I just can't wait to see them, all 6,all a few I separated from larger bulbs, in action. The one on the right was with the lily and sure does look like a daffodil, but getting ready to bloom so ill keep u up to date....TY! SO MUCH!😊

@hammerhead Hi, I live in North Alabama...we just got the house bk in November and upon playing in yard to fix up the flowerbeds, which all we thought it had was dead shrubs...lol...on the first bit of warm spell we dug up several lg bulbs and the funny thing they all weren't in the same spot. The flowers were in with each other but they sure do look different. ..lol!
