@PunkyKy @kimguy Im so glad the conditions are good enough in my little room for this to grow. This vine shows me just how resilient it is. I'm sure if any of this is ever left in the ground(now it's been planted)..it will grow somewhere else along where a root wasn't gotten..lol! Also,not to throw any root from containers away without really going through them with ease. Just keep it in mind that it can be growing in y'all's yard soon 💕 @jennlamaye @ShelleySnyder

I went to put my #bluepassionflower in the ground and winded up having 3 plants and runners staring to form stems. I placed those in the pot on the bottom with another cutting. I will be amazed if I see those turn to seedlings soon! 😯 #passiflora #blueflowers

@cyndi I've already cut a few and r in soil now. I cut my first few at the end of Sept,along with my mandevilla. I again took a few more cuttings from both today and have them going. I think tomorrow will be the day I'll cut her loose from the lattice,put her in the ground and take a few cuttings and put them with her. Weather shows we may get a frost next week,so that will give her a few days to settle and 2 days of rain water this coming Sunday and Monday before that. Sound like a plan..😊😁

My #bluepassionflower finally bloomed again before the rain moved in. It doesn't look like I'll get seeds this yr. So,I've taken 2 cuttings,may take a few more more, in hope they will take and hold on til next season. I found a vine along my wild fence last yr and have not seen it since. So, the other day when I stopped on the road to get a closer look at a wild flower a purple passion flower was right there! I *ahem* liberated it from the ground and brought it home. Stuck it in water and I might have one I can find, now.

Also got two seed pods, would you think they are mature enough to save?

I would love a cutting some time in the future! 💜

@lesliecole49 take a pic of them and let me see. If it formed a fruit and fell off the vine by itself..it SHOULD be ready. But b4 u open it I'd love to see it.

U enjoy the passion(no punt intended...lol❣) of your flowers as I do so I know u know the feeling😍😎 THE GRANDBABIES ARE DOING THE DANCE WITH ME..LOL❣ UDS,they do have seeds and u can propagate them to. The seeds are from where the flowers are..they Must fall off themselves and let them dry for 14 more days,wash the gel off with cool water,soak afterwards. They go dormant after awhile so u have to take(⬇

Sandpaper to scruff them some ,soak 24hrs and plant. The propagate them by cuttings is a Woody part with some new growth place directly into moist soil til rooted😍
