Agave 'victoriae-reginae'

This, if i remember correctly, was a small offset with a few roots of its own. Hasnt grown at all in half a year though. Maybe i have to fertilise? #queenvictoriaagave

How big is the pot? I know if the pot is too large the plant will focus on growing its roots indeed of the parts above the soil level
