Looks like asclépias. It's milk weed, essential for the monarch butterfly caterpillars 🐛. I leave mine so they feed the monarchs. The flowers are also wonderfully fragrant.

Looks like it could be milkweed, break off a piece of leaf or stem, if a white milky liquid comes out, yep its milkweed :)

@columbiariver @treefrog44 It might be... I've never seen them this tall before, but you're probably right! I'll go break off a piece & find out for sure 🙂
