Looks like arrowhead Ivy or duckfoot Ivy this half of the plant looks very adapted to bright direct light if you want it to be all variegated with lush greens it needs to be out of direct sunlight 😉
It used to belong to someone else. We just recently took it out of a bad spot.
I have one & it loves the bathroom. I let it dry out then light water. It's in a 1/2gal pot.
