Also another dark horse of the bunch is this dark ficus elastica, all the top 4 leaves sprung out during summer and are obviously much bigger than any of the original leaves when I got it from the nursery. I have since repotted it to its new concrete pot and it is doing mighty fine. ❤️

3 new leaves since I brought it home w/ me (4 months ago) it seemed to grow the most the past weeks in the end of summer #ficuselastica

leaves fell off from a bit of rough handling when we moved back to our place but it grew two new ones as well! yay! 😀 #rubbertree #philippines

@gjones thank you!! we had some renovation done in our home to fix and update the place, so we had to move out for a few weeks. :)

My tiny rubber tree and my dog with the cone of shame inspecting its leaf growth. It has that one red spike thats not moved in three months, finally unfurling now. It sure is taking its time! 😴
