I love succulents! I have some cactus too.
Could be crested Pachy Ganzhou, but I can’t confirm that without flowers.
@Yollymac I'm excited to see how this develops. It's had light but no sunshine. What would the spots on the leaves be from?
I don't think Ganzhou as the leaves are too flat @Yollymac is it possibly something that is cresting? The development in the centre and overall shape looks crested to me?!
