Morning dew sitting delicately on a vivid ‘Love Knot’. This rose was nearly dead when I bought it - it’s doing so well now!

What a difference some TLC and time can do 😍

Lots of healthy looking new shoots on one of my sick roses from Notcutts. Hopefully a step in the right direction to a full recovery and I will be able to treat with rose clear once the leaves fully unfurl.

Got this from the reduced section in Notcutts - it looks pretty sick. Does anyone have any idea what the discoloured red/yellow stem could be an indication of? It looks like it might have originated from broken thorns which I know can be an access point for disease! My guess would be rose canker…

It looks like Canker to me which is a fungal disease…..I’d cut that branch right back to stop it spreading….👍🏼 Roses in pots are susceptible to disease I’d get it in the ground…👌🏼good luck
