For two consecutive years the buds on mine have been killed by frost, but it just shakes itself down and does it all over again. Amazed me the first time it did it!

Oh wow- that is amazing Val. One of the reasons I bought it was because I saw it was an earlier flowering clematis. I just love the amount of flowers too @valjones-hughes
