Cornus Mas

Jellies done, Four half pints, 3 tablespoons for the girlfriend who wants to just try it, and I scraped the pan for what’s in the dish, that’s tomorrow’s breakfast, it turned out so good, delish!!!!

This is a dogwood, same leaves, but it flowers small yellow flowers that give way to oval red fruit, ( Cornelia cherries). They make the best jelly, it’s a shame the squirrels got the majority of them before I did, well it’s not going to happen this year!!!
