I’m not a natural gardener, but I’m not afraid to get my hands dirty! I’m here to learn, and for ideas.
My forest flame has a bad case of sooty mould, what is the best way forward?
Sooty mould is usually secondary to a sap sucking pest - have you checked the stems for any signs of potential scale insect?
@richard.spicer.7906 @dirtgirlworld thanks for your advice, I’ve checked and yes definitely scale insects! I’ve got some horticultural soap and intend to spray the leaves and stem before trying anything stronger! Thanks again!
