Speaking of deals, this rose was part of a cart load sale a few years ago. I basically got it for free. I got 5 roses in that sales, all tiny starts except one with was a gallon pot. Two veranda roses, ebb tide, George burns, and the gallon one I don’t recall off hand the name had gaint in it I think. But I still have all 5. #deal

Got the ebb tide rose planted. From the cartload sale. Love the color of this rose. Can’t remember what it smelled like.

Part of the cartload sale. Glad to get this one. I lost the one I had last winter. Hoping to get all my roses through this next winter. Learning as I go.

@garypoetryman A local ex nursery that owns serval plant catalogs/online companies use this place to sale merchandise they are no longer shipping for the year. Last Thursday-Saturday they had their last sale of the year, $30 a cartload. As much as you could get in a cart was just $30. And you could have as many carts as you wanted. I’m still doing inventory on everything. When it is all done I will post the total plants and what it would have cost normally for all of it.

Just took my new rose out of the box. Little smaller then I expected. Should have dark purple flowers.
