Ok I now have #courgettes coming out if my ears! Please can i have some recipe ideas?? I've already made a chocolate and courgette cake and will be doing a lemon drizzle one this week too!

Well .... chilli or lasagne or risotto or frittata. Aubergine and courgette gratin. Roasted. Courgette provencale. Courgette souffle is yum. Endless possibilities 🙂🙂🙂 @davewrightjoinerygooglemail.co
We often stir fry courgettes with garlic, chilli flakes and soy sauce as a side dish for a quiche. Or make a courgette, feta and lime couscous. Or drizzle it with hot sauce and bake in the oven as a side dish.
Courgette soup and freeze it for those winter days 👍😊
