It is a Scabiosa but not Field Scabious. Looks like one of the cultivars of Scabiosa atropurpurea.

Yes Aaron I agree... On the other pic of this I said I thought it could be the Scabiosa altropurpurea double rose. Do you agree? @tiggrx

@justin it doesn't look quite the right colour for 'Double Rose' to me. Perhaps 'Beaujolais Bonnets'?

This is a beautiful #scabiosa and in pretty sure it's the Scabiosa Atropurpurea Double Rose variety. It's gorgeous 👍
