#Spirea shirobana especially for @beckers1974 & @jasonsparkes1. This is the bicolour in full flower showing the difference between the colours but still growing on the same shrub. I really like the flowers that are sort of mixed white with a touch of pink. It's a magic plant well worth it's spot in the border.

This is what I believed I'd purchased. First year, the first shrub did this, so I ordered a second. Now both produce two shades of pink. xx
I've had my one for many years but it has always flowered with two distinctive colours. I don't think it would be the soil I suspect it's the plant breeder to blame. I'm wondering if I took a cutting what would it be like. Might try that but it would be a long time until it could be proved. Sometimes us gardeners get a real disappointment when something doesn't quite turn out as we hoped x

@angipangi there was probably mislabeling involved. Hey ho! My plants are healthy and lovely and I'm fond of them. If I have space then I'll order one - from someone else though! 😂
