I like to freeze lemons too . Can be grated and used in cakes ,drinks etc., using the whole lemon.

I can think of plenty of things to make with them, Lemon Curd, Lemon Drizzle Cake, Lemon Marmalade, Lemonade, Lemon Meringue Pie and lastly a fab G&T with a slice of Lemon 😀👍🏼😀

They would be very useful here for "pancake day" soon! 🍋
