The leaves (or branches) can be used to propagate them, @ankur1406 I've had better success with leaves that fall naturally, rather than plucking them. Just let them fall on the soil surface and keep the soil moist. Some of my succulents also produce babies at their base, which we can separate after a few weeks.

Taking cuttings of a branch almost always guarantees success, compared to leaf propagation. It's also quicker in my opinion
