Fluffy cream flowers of Backhousia Citriodora 'Lemon Scented Myrtle'. Planted five of these trees two years ago. Two, planted where they get a lot of runoff water have grown to 2.5 metres, (8ft); the other three, like this one, in a dryer spot are slower growing 1 - 1.5mts (3'3"- 4'6"). The leaves are used for delicious tea, hot or iced and lemon flavour in cooking. #ausnative-tree #ausnative-lemonmyrtle ausnative
