Euphorbia in neighbours' gardens. Top left pic is 'StarDust White Sparkle'. Which is a more prolific and dense flower than the other three plants which I think are 'Diamond Frost'. Perennial shrub in warmer areas. Hardy plant, popular winter flower in subtropics and requires very little care.
