Orchid. Wilsonara Aloha Sparks 'Halloween'. Often referred to as Oncidium, however, I believe it is a cross from 3 orchid gerera: Cochlioda, Odontoglossum and Oncidium. Burnt orange flowers highlighted with a touch of gold that last 6-8 weeks on long spikes. Hardy orchid for sub-tropics. Grows outdoors, great under a tree with dappled light, requiring very little attention other than protection from hot sun and wind. Divide and repot only when it is potbound. Easy to grow and rewarding orchid.
