A very pretty surprise this morning! This plant was given to me months ago, it was very sad looking but has grown well and today it flowered. ID anyone?
This is sure pretty. The flower looks like an Impatiens, but as to variety, I do not know. Let's ask around. Can you help is @cyndi @ShelleySnyder @jennlamaye ?
Thank you all...and @cyndi yes, I googled lesser galanga and I am sure it is it 😁..When it was given to me they said ‘you can eat it’ but nothing else lol....excellent ...I now have ginger, turmeric, and galanga growing.
This plant is Huernia schneideriana. However, as you have entered all your plants via the 'garden' section instead of the individual 'plant' section, all of these are showing up under the ornamental ginger identified in the previous photo (which is how I've come across it just now). Hope this helps.

This looks like a transendentia to me? 💘😍
Thank you so much for helping @cyndi and @ShelleySnyder !
@lovestogarden your welcome! But I'm afraid I wasn't much help!😂💘😍
But you tried. Sometimes when you put out an idea, it sparks someone else to get the right one. 👏 @ShelleySnyder
@lovestogarden you're right about that! Thanks!💘😍
