10/19. Got in 2014

the first 2 years of its life this #zebracactus put me to work! The plant was much smaller than it is now, and when I first got it I watched some of the leaves slowly turn brown, dry up then fall off. I was confused because it seemed as if it was dying for thirst, but there was water in the pot the sand was moist. I waited a and more died, long story short after fighting with it for a good 2 years I replanted it and the sucker is loving life and has even either clones itself or had a baby! 5YO

Will take a better picture later today! I’m not satisfied with this one 🤣
