I have nearly given up on this rescue like a million times at this point. This lil leaf is giving me some hope!
Good plant keeping means knowing when to give up. 😭😭 If anyone can see a way to maybe propagate I would be super grateful, but I think it's time to let this one go. #begonia #canebegonia #propagation #propagation-begonia #plantdeath
They look green and healthy. If the roots are bad u can chop the healthy top and put it in water they propagate easy in water
This is probably the kind of #begoniasaurusrex that needs less water and more humidity in the air. Have you tried it in a terrarium or under a gross-looking plastic Ziplock bag to see if it leafs out again?
@emch I tried the bag, but it just kept putting out really weak leaves that fall off after they were an inch big ): hoping to find a healthier start for round two.
I haven't had much luck with begonias either myself, but these are soooo pretty when they're doing well!
