I promised I would post a photo when the flowers opened 💚 #clematis-recta-purpurea

It's just so elegant 😍😍😍

It’s lovely isn’t it and this is just one of the stems 😊 @pelly

It's doing well for its first year 😍

It’s from #larchcottage Their plants may be expensive but they’re really good quality 👍😊 @pelly

Maybe we'll get there again one day. I lost two of the daisies I got from there last year but I'm pretty sure that was my fault 😞

Oh that’s a shame. I hope you do. I hope I do 🙄😉 @pelly

It’s lovely ......might be a good excuse for a trip to my favourite nursery 😘

When they started doing “click-and-collect” I was really keen to support them so I put in an order for several plants from my wishlist. This has been on it for over 10 years 🙄😃 @AcornBank

No 4 in the #larchcottage shopathon 😉 This must have been on my wishlist for at least 10 years. I think I first saw it at Wisley and the last time I was there my kids were still at primary school 🙄 Not long to wait for the flowers 💞

Haha just like me and sooner or later I’ll get the sophora! xx

Now Claudia. Just do it! What have you got to lose. What’s a sophora by the way? 😉😂 @clipperty

Right! Set your alarm and just do it! You know it makes sense. And you’ll be supporting the RHS if you buy it via their site... 😬 @clipperty

I’ve not seen this one before, it’s lovely 🤍💚🤍

Lovely 💜

I will post again as soon as the flowers open. They’re scented too apparently 😊 @pelly

Thanks Isabel 😊 @AcornBank

Even better 😊
Here is mine Jane… 🤔 The new leaves, like this one, are much darker than the ones that emerged first @pelly
Thanks Jacquline. I have some new growth at the top and they’re the same but the older leaves are mottled, not like yours 🤔
Maybe variations in watering if it’s been in a pot for a while? 🤔
Could be, it looks healthy enough 🤔
