😂 I made some excuse about needing eggs or something... It's by the front door as I love scent as you come in. Hoping it will clamber through the winter jasmine, half of which had to go during our building work, so there was some space 🤔😉 @rachelbrooks

That'll be lovely...shame about the Jasmine but I'm sure it'll come romping back 👍🏼 I hope it's as highly scented as they say so I have some hope of smelling it under the tree! 😬

The bit I lost (or rather, gave to the builder) was smaller than the bit that's remaining & had a tendency to try and get in the front door, so it's not a great loss. I hope it's as highly scented as they say too 😊 @rachelbrooks

It has a lovely #almondscented flower @awomanonabike . I've grown it in all of my gardens, but for some reason its not keen on this one. Last year something ate it and this year its grown to about 5' and stopped. No flowers yet. A really beautiful plant. One of my favourites!

It's growing well already. 🤞🏻 I'll get some flowers before the season's over... I have a viticella that used to get munched by slugs but has been fine since I stopped cutting it down quite so low and put a copper ring round it, if that helps @Patiorose

I have lots of stone walls & rain, so need all the slug & snail defences I can muster Karen. I use #strulch too, which is fantastic @Patiorose
