The gorgon awakes...
So Jurassic 😮
One of those would dwarf my garden 😂😂😂
@jacq1075 Very! That's why they're caged in 😂
@gjones They end up a bit unusual looking too. You should take a look at my photo of them in early winter 🦇 🦇 🦇
@pelly It's hard to believe it started off in just a litre pot 😂
Good pic 📸
@plants Thanks Judy 😊

It's that time of year... #gunnera #decay #beforeandafter
Looks like bats in the bottom pic! 😁

This was bought as a tiny plant from #Jura House garden when it was open to the public and you left payment in an honesty box. The new owner, a banker, no longer opens it to the public - a real shame.
A shame indeed. To quote the Divine Comedy they are clearly a 'Complete Banker' 😬
The #rhs 'The Garden' commissioned a piece on Jura House Garden a few years ago, but it was never published as editor decided it was "too far away". From where?!
It’s only taken me two years to realise that I forgot to add your name Susie ⬆️😂😂 I hope life is treating you well 💐@susieg
20 Apr 2018 • The Beast is making a bid for freedom 😱😂
Good god woman! Run for the hills! (Or cycle it’ll be quicker!) that’s an alien!! 😆
😂😂 I love the way the old leaves that I folded over it for winter protection look like antlers... @rachelbrooks
Hmmm...can sort of see it. Definitely more alien though 😱
An alien with antlers 😉🤣😂 @rachelbrooks
I first saw it at Heligan & we have a photo of my son having his first ever ice cream cone standing under it. Then he spotted this one for sale in an amazing garden in Jura. It was tiny & cost £2 which we had to put in an honesty box 😊 @Jasonsparkes1
Looks gorgeous.....😜
😂😂 Seriously, I do need to do something to tame it though... Might just have to try and chop that bit off 🙁 @wagsmomthompsonbtinternetcom
What !!! Don't know what it is . But don't like it !!!
Haha! Scroll (far!) left and you will see it in all its wonder and glory 😊😊 @charlotte
Oh. I have. It will actually turn into something rather impressive 😊
It is still a bit of a monster though 😉😂 @charlotte
