I can’t remember who it was who introduced me to this fabulous #hydrangea 🤔 Was It you @hebelover I’m so grateful 😊 I’ve had it a few years now and just love watching it change colour 💚🤍💗 #hydrangea-limelight
They fascinate me
Me too Christine and it’s been particularly fascinating this year 🧐@vegandmore
Mine went from white to pink and now a dark pink 😁
They’re just gorgeous aren’t they 😍@vegandmore
This is on my list for next year, can't wait to get them in !
Good choice Emma. Why wait for next year? 🤔😂 @ejonesy
Ordinarily I'm not known for my patience Jacqueline 😁 but where they're earmarked for is still grass and will need quite a bit of prep first. Plus I've already put a frightening number of plants in this year 🙈
😂👍 @ejonesy
Lovely 💕💕💕
A worthy addition for sure 😊 @gjones
Thank you Chris 😊 @midnightgardener

11 Oct 18 • #hydrangea-limelight is finally happy, and so am I 😍
Oh isn't she pretty well worth the wait ☺️💕💕💕
Beautiful 💕💚💕 my favourite
Oh definitely Pauline , though it took a while for me to find the right place for it @pauline33
Thanks Rachel, it is a gorgeous plant 💕🌸💕 @rachelbrooks
Mine didn’t do well this year...had just started flowering when the heatwave hit. Dried it out terribly so I’ll enjoy yours instead if that’s ok? ☺️
You’re welcome 😘 @rachelbrooks
Love this one 💖💖
That's looking pretty 💕
Me too Jane. It didn’t do too well in its first home but I moved it to the front garden and it’s obviously so much happier 💕🌸💕 @pelly
Thanks Keely. I’m really pleased with it. 😊 @Keely

9 Aug 18 • This has done well despite the drought. Occasional grey water and it has thanked me with a wonderful display 💚 I only moved it last autumn from a shady, free-draining part of the garden where it was really struggling...
Beautiful 👍
Thanks Sue. It’s a stunner. Thanks to Jason who inspired me with his @suerichards @Jasonsparkes1
Looks great in it's new home 😀👍🏼😀
Thanks Sarah. It seems really happy 🏡 @sieveheadsarah
Beautiful! 💚 one of my faves. And look at that allium seedhead too! 😍
Thanks Rachel! The alliums have been absolutely fantastic this year haven’t they 😍 @rachelbrooks
😂😂 This is fairly shady in the morning as it’s got some tall plants behind it. It’s obviously much happier. I think where it was before was too free draining too @Jasonsparkes1
They do like to get their feet wet don’t they 💦 @Jasonsparkes1
Some plants just want to live 😍😂@Jasonsparkes1

🏡 I hope you'll be very happy in your New Home 🏡
Fab choice, love it! 💚
Me too Rachel but it wasn't very happy where it was before. Not moist (I know, I know, wettest county in England!) or rich enough soil I think, so hope it will be happier here 🤞🏻 @rachelbrooks
Ah! I must admit I do have to keep mine well watered! Fingers crossed it'll flourish now then 👍🏼
I hope so too. This one is on my list but I've got to find a space for it. 😀😀😀
It was on the bit I call the bank, which is basically made of builders rubble 🤔 so very free draining and definitely not rich soil 😂 @rachelbrooks
It doesn't need to take up much space Jane... 😉 @pelly
Sounds like it'll be much better off now then! 🌸

With thanks to @Jasonsparkes1 I have a new hydrangea. Hopefully it will be happy in a spot that was just a big too shady for the irises and dierama to flower
I think it will. It will certainly be damp enough! 🌧🌧
One of the upsides to not having been able to get out in the garden as much this year…There have never been so many flowers on this #hydrangea-limelight 💚
Wow !!
This is what comes if you don’t prune it 😳😂 @juliesgarden
Absolutely stunning 💚
Thank you. I got the angle just right so you don’t see the mess 😂 @andyloud
