I have one pot where I put reticulate irises in one half and Scilla in the other. Bad idea! Irises up and flowering, no sign of the Scilla yet 🙄😂 @wagsmomthompsonbtinternetcom

Oh what a shame. I’m amazed that these aren’t. They’ve had gale force winds, heavy rain and giant hail and they’re still standing 💪😂 @pelly

They went through Dennis really well, but the persistent wind and rain since seems to have finished them off. I did notice one just coming up though 👍

24 Feb 19 • 4th #iris-reticulata to flower and I’ve been really looking forward to this one. The photo doesn’t do the colour justice. It is such a deep, almost maroon purple. So lush 💜🖤🧡

#iris-reticulata-joyce I think you'll like it as it has a deep colour like this JS Dijt but it's cornflower blue. They were only £2 from Wilko 😉

That's a shame 😯 But you have lovely plant nurseries nearby. Our nurseries/GCs are in the middle of nowhere and you really need a car to visit them.

13 Oct 18 • This is the #iris-reticulata that started it all. Several people posted pictures of this in the spring and I fell for it. A bit of googling later and I found #pottertons and all sorts of other varieties and other #springbulbs 😍

You've got some lovely ones Jacqueline, I suppose I ought to get mine catalogued.....soon 😊😊
