Luzula nivea

Sometimes my “just let it do its thing and see what happens” approach to gardening pays off! Really hard to capture in a photo but the #luzula-nivea looks amazing under the #cornus-controversa-variegata 💚

Not everything in my garden is dead or neglected, honest. This #luzula-nivea self-seeds everywhere but the advantage is I have lots of babies to give away as presents 😊

I've never grown this before but I gather it can self-seed a bit wildly. It likes #shade though, so worth a punt 🤔😊

Actually, how about "In early and mid-summer, bears lax panicles of shiny pure white flowers in tight clusters of up to 20" 😍 and it needs partial to deep shade! @pelly
