I have had this for years and it survives but never very happily, until this year when it is looking fantastic and just glows from the back of my “builders’ rubble border” ❤️ #lychnis-chalcedonica #lychnischalcedonica

I was just looking at this in the J.Parker’s catalogue Jacqueline, how tall does it get, I’m thinking it’ll look nice with the Giant Scabious and my new Cephalaria dipsacoides 🤔

Well in the very poor soil mine is in, it’s about knee high. I suspect it might go higher if it had richer soil 🤔 @sieveheadsarah

That’s not too bad Jacqueline or a little taller, I think I’ll give them a go next year 😀
