30 Apr 2019 • Pleased to see a few of these flowering but not as many as I planted 🤔 Beautiful scent #scented-narcissus #narcissus-pheasant-eye

Gorgeous! And your 📷...wow! 💕

Wow I love this too!! I really need this on my wish list 😊😊❤❤

Thank you both! It’s a worthy addition Christine, I just wish I had more so I could cut them and bring the perfume into the house @lovestogarden @midnightgardener

Every time I look at this I think of Kate Winslet in The Titanic - and I haven’t even seen the film 🙄

@awomanonabike I love the curve on the petals. It's one of the best; if not the best, I've seen 😊😊

#bestofapril

This is going on my wish list definitely 😍😍

Oooh glad its not just mine that seem late this year I've only one open so far but beautiful ones

It is fabulous isn’t it Christine, thank you 😊 @midnightgardener

Aw, thanks Janice ☺️ @lovestogarden

I think it might be going on mine too Jane 😉 I have lots of N. ‘Actaea’ which look very similar but don’t have the scent and are also much earlier. I’d love more of these @pelly

I know I've just posted a photo of this but there is a reason why its botanical name is narcissus poeticus var recurvus...

As it should be. It's lovely Jacqueline 😊😊😊

Lovely side view 😍 Are you taking Mugshots of your flowers now Jacqueline 😂

😂😂 It would appear so. I'm sure it's guilty of something... @susanhumphrey333

Amazing flower! 👌🏼

Isn't it lovely Rachel 😊😊@rachelbrooks

Like a swan in flight 👌🏼

Thanks to Ellen Mary, who reminded me about these gorgeous late flowering narcissi, I now have a kitchen full of scent...and I only cut a couple. Thank you @ellenmarygardening

Fabulous aren't they Jacqueline the scent is just delightful 😍

I had never really thought of narcissi being scented until I met this one - the scent is divine Vanessa @nessas

They are beautiful Glyn & Katy, and all the more so for coming out so late when most of the others have gone over @jones

Fab , must get these in the autumn Jacqueline 👍

I'd really recommend them but be careful you don't do as I did and confuse them with 'Actaea' - they are also scented but not as heavily, and come out when most of the others are out @juliesgarden

Love these ones, even better that they have a lovely scent 👏🏼 also on my list for Autumn 👍🏼🌼

They are definitely worthy Rachel 😉😊 @rachelbrooks

Oh thanks for the tip 😍👍

You're welcome Julie 😊 @juliesgarden

Fabulous! Love them ❤️

Me too! Their scent is wonderful.. @ellenmarygardening
6 Jun 2019 • I planted some of these in a pot and some in the garden. This one is in a pot, it’s June and it’s in flower...
Isn’t nature fickle....😯😆
Gawjus to have late blooms
Good grief, that's amazing but well, just wow. Don't tell it it shouldn't be flowering now though 😍😍
Very Elaine. I’d assumed these just weren’t going to flower at all 🤷♀️ @wagsmomthompsonbtinternetcom
Absolutely. They seem to bring freshness to the garden. Probably because I associate them with spring... @Keely
Don’t worry Jane. I haven’t 🤫 @pelly
How unusual is that, but so pretty 👌
Better late than never...👍🏼
They are late flowering JP... but not this late 🤷♀️😂 @jpea
I love these late plantings! It’s such a nice surprise and extra lovely when they actually flower! 😍
Omg just love the bold color contrasting with the white petals 😍😍😍
