Paeonia 'Starlight'

Just spotted this...My first #peony to flower 💚🤍💚 #paeonia-lactifora-starlight

6 Jun 2019 • This may not look like much but it is not only my first peony to flower but it is the first time this one has actually flowered, ever - after 6 years. #patienceisavirtue 😉 I had meant to dig it up last year but somehow never got round to it 🙄

And look how she’s rewarded you! 😍💕 I’m sure they can definitely hear us you know...I was going to get rid of one of my climbing roses last year and it’s flowering the best it ever has this year! 🙈

Oh brilliant goes to show when you forget about them they reward you 😄

I’m sure they can. I might actually give it some tlc this autumn as it’s really very sweet. Quite small with a pale flush of pink on the petals that you can just see @rachelbrooks

I'm getting like that with my agapanthus if it doesn't flower this year it's going in neighbours garden cos I've no room in mine for it!! 😣
