2 Jul 2019 • Just love this rose. Beautiful blue-ish foliage in the spring, pretty pink flowers and gorgeous red hips and autumn colour - and self-seeds too, so I always have one I can give as a present 💗 #rosa-glauca

29 May 2019 • I was telling a friend earlier that I had potted up a couple of seedlings of this rose this morning but when I tried to show them a picture on here I only had pictures of the hips. So here it is (almost) in flower 💕 #rosa-glauca

Even when it’s not in flower it’s beautiful. Love the glaucous leaves, especially with raindrops 😍 thought I’d killed mine as it had sat languishing in its pot all through winter, but it’s alive!

Frosty and sunny, lovely!

It is a very photogenic day here in a frosty Cumbria. #rosaglauca is one of my favourite roses. Self-seeds liberally & looks wonderful all year round. #wintergarden
