This is such an unassuming but beautiful little plant. It spends most of its time hiding under an acer surrounded by alpine strawberries but comes into its own in #autumn

20 Apr 2018 • This is my #tuesdaytreasures It may not look like a treasure but it is to me. It disappeared very suddenly last autumn and had shown no signs of recovery. I gave it a mulch of compost and put a copper ring around it and watched patiently. Then, when I had given up and looked away, it did this 😊 Swipe left to see what happens next 😃
