Coleus. You should snip the flowers off to promote bushy growth.

You can propagate this from cuttings in water very quickly! Collect and dry flowers for seed sowing next year. 🌱
I propagate them by just sniping About 3 inches off of one of the stems and sticking them in the ground they grow like weeds
