I saw one like this at RHS Wisley recently, I hadn't appreciated how lovely they look.
Looks stunning in the gloaming!
Your Peony can be moved they like a sheltered position with sun and shade also cut back in the winter but let them die back on there own after cut back to about six inches hope this helps
