Could I ask how and when to prune this we've moved and inherited a huge passionflower

I love the colour of the fruit so I wait and cut back viciously after they have "dried off". Not sure if that's correct but both my plants grow strongly back. (Or have done till now!) They do tend to stray so I trim some of these keen wanderers whenever. Not very scientific @suekew but is worked so far!
