Very similar changes occur to one I have too, although mine is more the size of a patio rose. I don't know which one it is though.

I think it's just beautiful and a normal occurrence... My Lady Hamilton one has an array of orange though to pink blooms all at once and it's hard to see that they're from the same plant!! Love them though
