Every year I bring my plumeria inside for the winter because I live in NJ. She usually loses all her leaves and goes dormant but this is happening just within the last two weeks after she lost all her leaves. Never done this before why isn’t she going fully dormant 🤷🏻♀️
Probably the same reasons someone else here was able to post a photo of a lemon she sliced open only to find the seeds inside had sprouted. It's a bizarro year!!!
