I'm pretty "meh" about elephant bushes, but I AM a sucker for #variegated things, so I couldn't resist this guy, despite my crap track record with them. The variegated ones seem a lot more delicate, and maybe can't take life outdoors in AZ, so this guy will be living (hopefully 🤞) under the grow light indoors. Tiny Crassula muscosa cuttings underneath.

@philstalder it's from San Marcos Growers via Home Depot! In the tiny pots. I bet you could find it at HD or some other garden center that carries San Marcos plants!

The red stems really contrast with it. Those little watch chains are so cute. I planted one outside to see how it does. 🌞

@sunlovin thanks! Idk if the watch chains will survive. They're what I salvaged off a potted plant that fried outside last summer. It did okay through the first summer that I had it, but last summer was so hot for so long! If you planted it in your succulent sweet spot then I'm sure it'll do fine, though.
