Mangave 'Macho Mocha'. I figured I'd post some #wintercolor for #foliagefriday . I've had this mangave for a couple years, but it was already pretty huge when I got it FOR FREE at a Cactus & Succulent Society meeting. I highly encourage everybody to check if they have a chapter nearby and attend a few meetings (pandemic permitting). #wintercolour #close-up

I'm not sure if this is actually a 'Lavender Lady', but that's the only Mangave entry in the encyclopedia, and mine's purple anyways, so..! 🤷🏻♀️ This big guy lives outside my front door year round, but this is his most colorful time of year. 😍🎨
