The label when I bought it said 12-18" tall, @maldavis. Mine is about that size now... At least 12".

I planted 3 salvias last summer. Only one salvia plant came back. Not sure why :( But this one is starting to flower. :)🌷

Once the flowers have faded, you can deadhead them. For spikes of flowers like this, just cut off the entire spike as low as you can. It may bloom again in a few (or several) weeks.
