Does anyone know what's going on with this one? The ones that have turned orangish are kind of squishy and they fall off after a few days of being like that

So this is where we're at now, if anyone has any #advice-succulent on how to keep this little guy alive and well please let me know
The soil looks like it holds a lot of moisture. I would change it to a more grittier mix.
