Thanks @justin - can't believe how much of the Rose has been munched!! He was so well camouflaged I didn't even see him at first - it was only when I went to deadhead it that I felt the little critter!!! 😖

It does look like an Angle Shades. It turns into quite a stylish looking moth if that's any consolation.
