Are those cuttings you planted recently? Be careful to plant in soil with 2 much organic matter when the have no roots. The will rot and die. Cutting wounds should be left to heal in a dark room for atleast a week or two before planting. You can plant them against a tree so that it uses it as a trellis or plant a pole and plant / tie your dragon fruit around the pole.
Is this a new growth?
