Signs of life on this Clematis Montana Vera - although I'm wondering if I should have cut it right back?? This is its 2nd year, no flowers last year but lots of lush green leaves. Lots of little buds already but off what looks like dead stems 🙈🤣 Someone reassure me leaves will follow 😏🤷🏻♀️ I did tick 'novice' right?! 😁🌱💚
